Each session in this 8-week workshop will focus on a specific chakra.
We explore its effects on the body, mind, and spirit, then practice yoga poses tailored to that chakra. Next, we proceed with a guided meditation. Afterward, participants use sketch pads and colored pencils to create art inspired by their experiences. In the final session, we integrate everything with an extended yoga flow for all chakras, complemented by a guided meditation journey through each chakra.
