Plant-Based Nutrition will meet Monday, November 10 from 6 to 7:30p.m. The meetings from December 2025 through May of 2026 will be held on the second Saturday of the month from 1pm to 2:30pm.
Local Author, Christa Morris will discuss her new book "The Lily in Your Valleys: Finding Jesus in the Suffering". There will be a question-and-answer time. Light refreshments to follow. Books will be available for purchase.
