Outdoor strength training for midlife women on the Delmont Library porch every Wednesday at 8:45 (NO class June 17 or July 8). Bring 5 lb weights & resistance band if you have them. Every other week there will be an optional 30-45 minutes talk about nutrition after class. Please register at delmontlibrary.org.
