Explore some simple and accessible mindful invitations at our Lower Burrell Library! We’ll get curious and focus inward to observe our personal rhythms like breathing patterns, heart beat and gentle movements of the hands. Follow this up with some time for doodling, drawing or journaling.
Meets are open to the public. The garden club meeting August 28 will be a program about Mystical Moths, speakers will be Master Gardeners Deb Christopher and Patti Schildkamp.

Everyone is welcome! Books are provided one month in advance and are handed out at the book club meetings held in the Community Room at our Lower Burrell library.
The Library Foundation Board meets the 4th Thursday of each month at 7:00 p.m. in the Technook space. If you cannot make it to a meeting in person, a virtual option is available.
