Explore some simple and accessible mindful invitations at our Lower Burrell Library! We’ll get curious and focus inward to observe our personal rhythms like breathing patterns, heart beat and gentle movements of the hands. Follow this up with some time for doodling, drawing or journaling.

Travel back in time to history with a visit to the Edo time period of Japan. Discover the past through crafts, games, and other activities. This hands-on activity will give kids a chance to explore what it would be like to live in the past. Registration required. Registration Required.
