Representatives for the Blackburn Center will be on hand for The Red Sand Project: an interactive art instillation that invites participants to pour red sand in the crack of the sidewalk.
It is hoped the red sand grains will raise awareness of the millions who slip through the cracks and are exploited in dark world of human trafficking
